None. Chair yoga is designed for complete beginners and people who have never tried yoga. Our instructors provide clear, accessible guidance with modifications for all ability levels. The format is intentionally non-intimidating so that employees who would never attend a regular yoga class are comfortable joining.

Just enough space to extend the arms to the sides from a seated position. No floor space, no mat, no cleared area needed. Chair yoga works in standard office cubicles, open-plan floors, and even individual workstations.

We recommend at least twice a week for meaningful benefit. Daily 10-minute sessions are ideal. After initial instructor-led sessions, we can provide your team with a self-guided video library so employees can practice independently any time.
